This print and digital booklet was created to support both prospective buyers and sellers, as well as property owners. This packet introduces the company’s mission, services, and values in a clear and approachable format. It includes information on property management, marketing strategies and client testimonials- serving as a brand touchpoint and an informative resource.
Website Design Enhancements
As part of the website updates for North Pacific Properties, I added a “Get a Free Market Analysis” form both to the top and bottom of the Property Management page. The design was made to blend with the existing site while standing out as a main call-to-action. These additions contributed to a notable increase in engagement and lead generation!
